Description:

This project involved the fit-out of the collection office at East Renfrewshire council headquarters.
Consisting of the strip out and removal of existing floor coverings, ceilings and services before reinstating joiner work, suspended ceilings, electrics, plumbing and finishes.
Special aspects to this project included the supply and installation of a bespoke American cherry counter, stretching 6.5 meters across the office.
As the site was located within the operational HQ of the council, extensive planning and collaboration with the client was carried out to successfully minimize disruption to the other building users.
