Description:

The project was for the conversion of an existing wardens flat to form a new kitchen, dining area, lounge and assisted w.c. in a home for the elderly within a listed, 100 year old stone terraced property.

The works comprised internal structural alterations, formation of new internal stud partitions, plaster repairs, kitchen installation and finishes complete with new services.
