External refurbishment of a traditional Georgian terrace comprising stone repairs and renewal, roof slating repairs, leadwork repairs, new rainwater goods, window renovation and replacement, installation of a door entry system, client signage and internal joinery refurbishment.

The city centre location of the development and the congested nature of the site required extensive planning to ensure successful completion. The use of secure hoarding, scaffolding and debris netting ensured the safety of both the public and operatives on-site.
