This was a fast track project to refurbish and fit out the school’s PE department during the October mid-term break.

The works comprised the strip out of the existing boys and girls changing rooms, toilets and showers and included new wall and floor tiling, vinyl floor coverings, new toilet cubicles and vanity units, new sanitary ware, replacement suspended ceilings, Lighting installation and re-decoration throughout.

A close working relationship was required with the school’s bursar to agree the specification required to ensure there were minimal variations which could potentially disrupt the works.

We identified at an early stage that planning and co-ordination of the works was vital to the success of the project and the works were completed in the 14 day period as programmed.
