Description:

Refurbishment of an existing warehouse unit and associated office space.
Externally the works included repairs to the roof and rainwater goods along with the installation of new PVC windows, render repairs and finishes.
Internally the works comprised the downtakings and removal of existing internal walls and suspended ceilings followed by the reinstatement to a new layout complete with re-decoration.
The project also included the upgrading of existing services and the provision of new kitchen and toilet facilities.
