Description:

Extensive refurbishment and alterations to an existing industrial unit at Wardpark industrial estate.

The project included:
- Replaced sections of the double skin roof gutter repairs
- Refurbishment to the staff kitchen and toilets
- Internal finishes including decoration and flooring
- Exterior roughcast repairs and decoration
- UPVC window replacement

This work was issued out as part of a dilapidations survey.
