Granite House

Comprising a 200,000 sq ft city block, Granite House is a prominent and striking office and retail building in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.  

Our client required a major refurbishment of the existing office block atrium and reception.

To achieve this, we provided the phased removal and installation of two new lifts and refurbishment of the third.

We carried out structural alterations to create the space to form a new café complete with tiled floor, suspended timber slatted ceiling and all services.

We also refurbished the entrance to the building and formed a reception within the atrium.

We maintained full access for the 400-footfall traffic using the space on a daily basis by collaborating closely with our client and key stakeholders.
