Redpath carried out both the refurbishment and fit-out for the new H&M store located in the East Kilbride Shopping Centre.
The refurbishment and fit-out was undertaken whilst the centre remained fully operational.
The works comprised the removal of all fixtures and fittings, strip out of existing finishes, shopfronts and stairs over two floors.
All floor voids were infilled and fire protection carried out prior to installation of new services, construction of partitions and the fitting out of the unit, complete with new shopfront.
