New build shell unit constructed for KFC.
The project comprised the delivery of a new single-storey KFC restaurant with an ancillary drive-through, parking facilities, utility and drainage connections, and associated infrastructure works, providing a fully prepared shell for KFC’s fit-out contractor. Located within a busy mixed residential and retail environment, adjacent to operational Starbucks and Lidl stores, the works demanded meticulous planning and coordination. A fully segregated site and robust Traffic Management Plan were implemented and continuously monitored to ensure the safe movement of vehicles, while preventing disruption to neighbouring businesses operating from 8am to 10pm.
