The Merchiston Campus is situated in the heart of Edinburgh and is home to three schools – engineering and built environment, computing and creative industries.
We delivered the complete refurbishment of a ground floor area within the University to create a News Broadcasting Room.
The area had 12 classrooms which were stripped out to create this open plan media suite.
This fast track project required quick responses to queries to keep the project on programme, and collaborative working to find practical solutions to issues that arose, particularly to co-ordinate services.
The university building remained open throughout the works.
