Minto House is a Category B Listed Building in the Old Town conservation area. The building is an important part of the University's estate and is home to the College of Art and the Art and Architecture Library.
Redpath has been appointed to improve the existing standard of teaching space that is currently used at Minto House and thereby enhance the student experience.
The works are included as part of the 2022 teaching spaces improvement programme.
The project comprises of the alteration and refurbishment to various rooms and Fire Egress to the Teaching Rooms.
The works comprise:
- Downtakings to ceiling and floor finishes
- New ceiling, floor and wall finishes
- Decoration works
- FF&E
- Mechanical & Electrical Works
