This disused Church building which dates back to 1871, was converted to form ten flats and a commercial unit on the ground floor.
The works were arranged over three levels with significant demolition and structural work; alterations to the basement; a new raised separating floor to the ground floor; and a new separating floor and gallery to the second floor.
The apartments were completed to a high standard making use of existing stone and timber features with good quality finishes and appliances.
