This project consisted of the refurbishment and conversion of a former Renfrewshire Council office building in Paisley town centre, to create a new student accommodation development.
The former office building has been converted into 242 apartments, with en-suite toilet and shower and galley kitchen, formed over four floors complete with all services and finishes.
All circulation areas have been refurbished with a reception and secure entrance.
The building also benefits from 14 communal kitchens, entertainment room, study room and a laundry.
