Redpath was awarded this internal and external refurbishment project through the Framework Agreement for the Refurbishment of Sheltered Housing Units in North Ayrshire.
Cheviot Court has 22 homes for older people. Our works comprised the installation of PV panels, roof covering alteration and replacement, roof insulation, external render and cladding works, replacement windows and external doors, internal alterations included remodelling to houses, new kitchens and bathrooms, installation of new common boiler plant and renewal of pipework and radiators to all areas, mechanical ventilation and electrical installation renewal, fire alarm and call alert system/CCTV upgrade, internal decoration and associated external works to provide landscaping, upgraded signage, additional parking, access ramps, bin stores and drying areas.
